Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

 

Delivery Estimates

 

 

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Occasional delays can occur due to courier volume, customs processing, or weather — we appreciate your patience.

 

Shipping Cost

We offer free tracked shipping on every order, no minimum spend required.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

 

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@getzenwhisker.com and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.

 

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local courier depot first, then contact us within 7 days so we can investigate and make it right.

 

International Orders

Customers outside the UK and US may be responsible for import duties or taxes charged by their local customs authority. These charges are outside our control and not included in your order total.
