We want every cat to feel calmer, and every cat parent to feel confident in that. If ZenWhisker doesn't make a noticeable difference within 30 days of delivery, we'll refund you in full — no complicated forms, no return shipping required.

 

How To Request A Refund

Email us at hello@getzenwhisker.com with your order number and let us know it didn't work out. We'll process your refund within 3–5 business days of approval. You do not need to send the product back.

 

What's Covered

• Any order within 30 days of the delivery date
• Both the 1 Box and 2 Box Bundle options
• Orders that arrived damaged or with missing items

 

What's Not Covered

• Requests made more than 30 days after delivery
• Products purchased through unauthorized third-party resellers
• Orders where the guarantee has already been claimed once for that customer

 

Damaged Or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll send a replacement or refund immediately, no questions asked.

 

Refund Timing

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.
